Question 1

Where is PHORMD's telehealth service available?

Accepted Answer

PHORMD is available across U.S. states where telehealth care of this kind is clinically appropriate and permitted by law. Every consultation is handled by a licensed U.S. provider.

Question 2

Who reviews and prescribes my treatment?

Accepted Answer

A licensed U.S. provider reviews your intake before anything is prescribed. Nothing ships until your plan has been personally approved by a real provider.

Question 3

Who prepares and ships my medication?

Accepted Answer

Your treatment is prepared by a licensed U.S. pharmacy and shipped in discreet packaging, with temperature-controlled handling where required, directly to your door.

Question 4

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

Accepted Answer

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared by licensed U.S. pharmacies under a valid prescription from your provider, in line with state and federal compounding regulations.

Question 5

Do I need to consult a provider first?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every PHORMD plan starts with a short online intake, followed by review from a licensed provider who determines whether treatment is right for you.

Question 6

Is treatment guaranteed to work?

Accepted Answer

No treatment outcome can be guaranteed, and results vary by individual. Your provider monitors your progress and adjusts your plan as needed.

Question 7

Can PHORMD be used for medical emergencies?

Accepted Answer

No. PHORMD is a telehealth practice, not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
